This course provides the concepts of handling tool, device and robot assembly processes, operator operations and mechanical procedures with 3D data and the method how to validate 3D data from products and resources. The output is a virtual validation and commissioning of the manufacturing process to review the optimization options, can help to determine the effective assembly sequence, establish methods to avoid collisions between tooling devices, and analyze the shortest cycle times.
