The Installing Active Workspace Fundamentals course provides detailed information and hands-on activities to aid in teaching students the process of installing Active Workspace. This course covers the architecture and best practices for installing Active Workspace and hands-on activities to install the product.
Topics include the introduction and architecture of Active Workspace, installing the server features, client features, indexing components, visualization components, office components, NX integration, and patching or upgrading Active Workspace.
NOTE: This class is compatible with Active Workspace 4.3 and 5.0. The concepts and workflows taken to install the software is similar in both versions of the software.
