- Route your layout in the Interactive Routing Mode
- Create and use macros
- Define and use via cells and guard rings
- Use clip-out regions

- Configure and use rule-aware layout
Throughout this course, extensive hands-on lab exercises provide you with practical experience using Tanner L-Edit. Hands-on lab topics include:
- Performing physical design using schematic-driven layout with rule-awareness
- Creating and running an L-Edit macro
- Creating via cells and guard rings
- Practicing traversing S-Edit and L-Edit
- Practicing running Calibre DRC, LVS and xRC and using RVE to debug layout
- Practicing node highlighting
