In this course, students will learn how to leverage the Tessent SiliconInsight capabilities in a variety of flows. The four modules include an introduction to Tessent SiliconInsight, how to use the SiliconInsight Desktop environment, using SiliconInsight for memory BIST offline diagnosis, and also using it for an ATPG offline diagnosis flow.
This Tessent Training course is fully released for Tessent tool version 2024.2.
