The Partner Teamcenter Inceptor program is a comprehensive, 10 weeks full-time training program designed to transform partners new to Teamcenter into productive consultants on Teamcenter (X) projects delivered via Siemens Learning Center (SLC) platform. The program includes structured learning, practical workshops, industry relevant use cases and mentorship to ensure readiness for certifications and production level deployments.
It kicks off with some pre-learning required to acquaint participants with LAER, what is Teamcenter PLM and our Digital Thread strategies followed by 4 weeks of intensive virtual instructor led enablement covering all foundational elements of Teamcenter. The ILT sessions will cover all topics included in the Teamcenter Assoc certification. Following the ILT sessions, the participants will be given a week to complete their Services Associate certification as well as installing NX or SE and Teamcenter in preparation for the two-week hands-on workshop using Agile framework. We will culminate the program with each individual presenting their project body of work and demo their project to their manager and instructor.

- There are a few prerequisite courses and learning requirements that must be completed. All prerequisites are listed in the Siemens Learning Center platform and will be shared by the instructors at the beginning of the course.
- All your training and related materials are available exclusively on the SLC platform. Please ensure that you access them from there.

- Participants are required to attend all live VILT sessions as planned.
- If a participant misses an VILT session, participants will be required to complete the associated e-learning courses per topic.
- In addition, if participants miss more than 25% of the VILT sessions, they will be required to pass a verbal knowledge exam prior to being admitted to the hands-on workshop. This is in place to ensure that the workshop will be a positive and productive experience for all students.

- Manage Admin Data in Active Workspace Session 1-3
- Using NX Integration with Active Workspace
- Week 4:
- Business Model Administration for Active Workspace – Sessions 1-4
- Week 5:
- Completion of Services Associate certification
- MCAD (NX or SE) and Teamcenter installation
- Week 6:
- Onsite Technical Implementation Project workshop - Part 1
- Week 7:
- Onsite Technical Implementation Project workshop – Part 2

- Preparation for Final Project Presentation

- Final presentation and demo to Instructor and Managers
